This document establishes the general conditions under which Design Textil (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") offers textile design courses and creativity development services in the field of customized products. The courses are intended for individuals and legal entities who wish to improve their practical and theoretical skills in textile design.

The Provider undertakes to provide updated educational content, support materials, and access to the learning platform, without however guaranteeing the achievement of specific professional results. Participants are responsible for their own progress and the application of the knowledge acquired.

2.1. Rights of the Provider

The Provider reserves the right to modify the course syllabus, update teaching materials, and adjust the session schedule, with prior notice to participants. Additionally, the Provider may suspend access to the platform in case of violation of the terms.

2.2. Obligations of the Provider

The Provider undertakes to provide technical and administrative support during the course duration, to respect the confidentiality of personal data according to the privacy policy, and to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.

2.3. Rights and Obligations of the Participant

The participant has the right to access all course materials, participate in live sessions, and receive personalized feedback. The participant is obliged to comply with the terms of use, not to distribute protected content, and not to infringe the Provider's copyright.

• The participant must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• The participant is responsible for the security of their own account and password.
• The participant may not resell or redistribute course materials without the written consent of the Provider.

The Provider cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the improper use of the information provided in the courses. The educational content is provided "as is," without explicit or implied warranties regarding commercial applicability or suitability for a particular purpose.

Under no circumstances shall the Provider's liability exceed the total amount of fees paid by the participant for the respective course. The Provider is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure, technical network failures, or actions of third parties.

Course fees are established according to the price list displayed on the site. Payment is made in full before the start of the course, through the available payment methods. In the event of course cancellation by the Provider, the participant receives a full refund of the amount paid.

The participant may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. After this period, no refunds are granted, but the participant may request a transfer to another available course.

The Provider may suspend or terminate a participant's access to the platform in the event of a serious breach of the terms, including but not limited to: fraud, distribution of illegal content, or harassment of other participants. In such cases, no refunds are granted.

The participant may withdraw from the course at any time by sending a written notice to the email address info@scientology-shirts.com. In this case, the refund policy mentioned in point 4 applies.

The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms, informing participants by publishing the new version on the site and by email notification at least 15 days before the effective date. Continued use of the services after this date constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
